CoP 3-5 Darkness Named (Diabolos fight)

There's been a bit of RP setup for this fight already, there's no hard date for it set yet but it's on the horizon! So far it's an Animastery expedition to Pso'Xja being led by Tahni. Njarra has been hired to go personally, and there may be a few-odd Animastery personnel. She will of course have to discuss this with San d'Oria to get permission to use Ranguemont, and word might spread from there. The last expedition to the North 20 years ago was supposed to be Bastok-only, but the other two nations piled on, so I'm sure if people from San d'Oria and Bastok want to come along, we can say their governments clamored for inclusion.

OOCly, this is a 40 cap fight against Diabolos. If you're interested in attending, please post here. Include jobs you would be willing to play if you intend to join the actual BC, but anyone is welcome if they plan to fight or not. I'll work out a strategy with what we have.

To be honest with you Valkyr, I think some people are weary about having you go along considering how the last event went. During the other CoP runs you showed up late and weren't fully prepared, a few people were upset by this. They might choose to disclude you from it in order to avoid any future problems, this is of course entirely up to them, and you don't really have a right to be upset by it, you'll have to accept the consequences of your actions.

BUT, if they decide to take a chance on you, I'll vouch to be your fill-in if you don't show up on time. In that event I will take your place.

It's 40 cap so your blu would be best to help stun with headbutt.

I concur. Also, count me in the fight as WAR if you'll have me. I have WHM at 40, but that's a moot fact with Lyre abou'.

Showed up late? Did I? I...really can't remember all too well. Prepared...hmm, I'm pretty sure I was all set and ready before everyone went in. So I couldn't be late, I think. Again, if anyone can disprove that, then go on ahead.

I think it was more or less I acted like a nub because I d/c'd then when I got back I aggro'd and died. I got angry because they went off without me, then when they came back they had massive aggro. (Frankly, I was hoping no one would bring that up again, I feel very miserable about it)

I'm positive I was there and prepared, but I THINK I had to get some pants, I think. But I THINK (again) that it was solved before we went in while we were all RPing.

In any case, I'll be on time for it.

EDIT: And ensure I don't act like a moron again.

So long as the time is not during work, I can go. ICly, Alt-Kiyou's just a MNK, but I can go as just about any other job OOCly anyway.

I can go, though I'm not sure if it'll be IC. I'd like it to be.

I really don't know how jobs will work out, given how Muir and I share accounts, but I might tag along as Narne. We'll see how it goes.

Oooh, that's right.

Available times is like my usual, like friday morning to sunday morning. However, this isn't preferrable until the 15th midnight (which is 16th midday for me in this case,) because I'll be having exams. However, good news is right after that I'm available anytime at all for 2 months! (Terms and conditions apply....yadayadayada.)
