That was such a nice read. You can totally see how much different Njarra behaves with Leh compared to let's say, me, from last night. Ifeelimportant There were few spelling errors (suspense is the only one I recall), however, less than the last one.

Looking at Leh, I'd think that her thoughts are kinda similar to what SD's character is supposed to be like. It's the "OMG why so much drama /slapj00all" kind of thing. Of course, Leh's a natural comedian and more of a big sister than Njarra who's trying to be so big on her own. Kind of ironic. Hard to imagine Leh wielding that Dark Scythe even more O.O;;

Leh Nhacara is actually a pretty different character concept for me, though it's loosely based on a very old ratkin character I had...
I don't have much ken as to what a 'canon' DRK acts like (and she's probably very different from that), but in her case it's rather simple. She's extremely passionate and openly honest about everything - however, she also suffers from a rather severe attention deficit disorder, and her mind gets on random tangents according to what surrounds her - real or imagined - focusing on one thing so absolutely she tends to miss all else.
Because of this; in everyday situations yes she comes off as anything but a DRK - or even a mercenary at that - because she has a generally positive outlook and her tangents often come colored as such. However in a situation of combat - or any situation emphasizing on negative emotions - she tends to draw on those instead, and just as passionately as ever.
In essence, Leh Nhacara is a strange character in that she has an aggravating tendency to only live for the present moment. She doesn't think about the future ones anymore than dwell on past ones, but does give everything she has for the current. Which, yes, makes her very absent-minded in casual, everyday situations (and generally very frustrating to RP or RP with).
But because she behaves likewise in negative environments - and with equal passion, the change should be rather remarkable.

As for the typoes, apologies for those. I try to reread and reread the things to weed them out, but there's always a bugger or two I miss. Though some I just don't realize are typoes (such as your suspense, here).

Ever consider getting Mozilla Firefox's latest version? It comes with a spellcheck feature. (Red dot lines will come below the word, just like in microsoft Word) of course, you could do the work in Word and just copy paste it.
