I liked the new style, DV. It did seem more fliud, and I liked the repeating use of "duty," first to show his resolve and then to show how he's trying to think about what it means to him. Nicely done!

Thanks. Glad to see it got the effect I wanted...though I hope more comments come in...

This whole thing was inspired by Antigone/Oedipus, so it might explain similarities.
