Fake or not? You decide!
Do not watch if you're easily scared. (Even though it isn't that scary.) Apparently, this video is a fake. I can't really see how it is, asides from what appears to be a transition effect at 1:01. Also, how does a door with a knob open by itself, and a person pressing themselves against a glass in a flippin shelved closet only to disappear shortly after. If it is fake, its very well done.

Very fake, I'm afraid. Much as I'd like to believe that ghosts like this exist, because I enjoy scaring myself with the thought, this kind of video is everywhere, and they all claim the same thing. I'll address some of your thoughts.
a) How can a door with a knob open itself? You'e not taking into account that this door may have been tampered with so that this is easily possible. It's also possible that the door was closed just enough to appear fully-closed, but not enough so that the bolt goes into the hole. All it would take to appear like it opening then is some nylon wire to be pulled from behind the cameraman to make the door open outwards.
b) The face pressed against the glass is truly effective, and to be honest, I believe that noone was in that closet at the time of this filming, however... There is one inconsistency that I can't overlook. When the face is disappearing, pulling itself back from the glass, the cameraman also moves the camera. The motion of the "ghost" and the camera are not in synch, which leads me to assert that the face was edited into the scene after this was shot. If this is so, they've done a stellar job, and kudos to them.
c) The cameraman's reaction is underwhelming. He's just witnessed his pantry door open up seemingly of it's own accord, and as he closes it, a human face and hands press up against the glass. Not a sound. I'm not saying this is hard evidence, but noone stays quiet in that kind of situation. The human response is generally to freak out first, inquire later.
It's a well-made video, but the chances of this actually being "real" is very, very small. I've seen some very compelling video footage of potential paranormal phenomenon, I like to indulge in this kind of thing, and I can tell you that the most convincing videos are the ones in which the activity or images are unobstructed by anything. Give me some time to ferrit around for streaming videos and I'll show you a couple of examples that I find more likely to be real footage. ^_^

Check out this video. It's from a TV programme, so it's annoyingly edited, but it has some great examples of what you're looking for in terms of genuine hauntings. In particular, watch the story that starts at 04:36. Poltergeist activity is always interesting, even if you can see how it's done. I imagine the chair could have been moved by a plank of wood barely concealed by the lace tablecloth, but it's still an impressive video.
Oh, and pay no mind to the Christian ideology at the start and finish, this isn't the original source of the video, someone's obviously hijacked it and put that there.

As a proponent of science, I say that it's fake.
As a photographer, I say that you should never trust anything you didn't shoot.
